Shipping policy

We currently use royal mail signed delivery service. We value every personalised item we make and so want guaranteed delivery without it going missing or being delivered to the wrong address. Each item is made to order so please expect 1 week for your item to made and shipped. Shipping to the south of Ireland and to the highlands of Scotland can take 4/5 days longer than usual destinations in the UK.

Issues and delays with our courier can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service please do get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are not of our fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit. 

If for any reason you are not available to sign and receive your package, you will receive a royal mail card to collect your package from your local post office which is out of our hands.
